How would you respond to this about transsexualism as a mental illness?

You could argue that it's a mental illness/developmental disorder (wrong brain in body) or a general developmental disorder (wrong body outside brain). It's hard to say which one is 'right', but it's grossly unethical to try to change the brain, so body it is.
