How will republicans argue in favor of extending the Bush tax cuts for the wealthy again?

The next time those tax cuts come up for renewal (and they will, because they were not made permanent), we'll hear once more about how the good and generous scions of business are citizens just like you and I (well, almost, except they're doing a lot better than the rest of us), and that taxing them at a rate proportionate to their income is unfair. We'll hear how they can not start hiring until they're sure that taxes are not going up, that they don't want to lay off anyone but if the evil Democrats (and pinko Commies) get their way, it won't be possible to keep so many employees. In essence, the GOP will attempt to extort the populace into giving them more, more, more.
