What is the lightest and most flexible armor available?

Dragon skin- despite the name its real. Thick overlapping ceramic disk in kevlar vests. When one disk breaks another slides into it's place. It is presumably very light, only chest/ stomach/ back armor. Most any bullets, arrows, knives, swords, and light spears would be blocked. It can also be the difference between life and death if hit by explosions.
