Problem with high school teacher please help!?

I am a jr. in high school and i had a problem with a teacher on 1st semester and she said i threatened her and supposedly had her cornered up on a desk witch i did not. So i transferred out of that class and i agreed to stay away from her. Now semester 3 just ended and today i was with my girlfriend on the hall dropping her off and that teacher was subbing for her class and she saw me and yelled"Daniel, get out of her! and i said "why"! and she just screamed again Daniel Mendoza, get out of here! and i said no!, then she said " ama call the dean" and i said "go ahead call him". Then i left to my class witch was like about 4 rooms down. Then on my last period the dean came and gave me a pupil accounting report and it says i got suspended for 2 days and the reason was for disrupting school activities or willfully defied the authority of school personnel. On comments it said that i defied the teacher directive to stay away from her.The part that got me thinking is that i did not have the right to be heard or asked what happened, the principal signed and approved of it just like that.I went to talk to him and i told him why i could not speak for myself and he said you will on Wednesday(mandatory meeting with parents). I do not know how schools work by, but i am sure i have the right to be herd first and then suspend me.I am a student in California and i passed the cahsee and i have good credits, i had have confrontations with other teachers, but i never threatened no one and i only ask for a reason why should i do stuff. What can i do? or what should i do?.. another thing is that my parents wont listen or support me(i tried it). Please help! thank you
