What's happening to me?
first of all if your having suicidal thoughts call the prevention hotline! a href="http://suicidehotlines.com/" rel="nofollow"http://suicidehotlines.com//a since meds dont help, get rid of the things that make you unhappy, ie the plant! try to concentrate on managing one feeling at a time. prioritize and dont think about all the feelings all at once. very overwhelming.exercise helps too, just walk around the block with the dog, if you have one. if not get one it helps. i too diagnosed depression, sleep deprivation was a factor for me, sleep apnea.i also work graveyard. I realized what i was missing all these years.still confused at times but feeling fresher in the morning or whenever, i wake up. take small steps and one day at a time!!! you took the time to write this, thats one good step!!!
