Peeing more than normal - Am i in ARF?

You need to go back to the ER. What are the underlying issues? Diabetes? Congenital kidney issues? Heart issues causing pitting adema? With swelling and little urine coming out but an urgency going on, it sounds like you kidneys are failing. please more info.....
