James Stewart was arrested for impersenating a police officer?

I live in Orlando and saw that report...it really sounded like just a lack of judgment/playing around...I did the same thing when I was in HS (i.e. pulling people over with a red light)...just never got caught...it really is a no harm thing, I mean he wasn't trying to abduct a girl or anything, was just doing it for goofs on two guys (happened to be off duty cops...OOps)...hopefully the AMA doesn't over react...
