Help with God's Backpack?

Okay, I'm looking for a backpack that can hold anything and everything. I love canoeing and rockclimbing so a bag that's durable and water resistant is a must plus I would like for it to hold useful items like flashlights and a small first aid kit... And have enough room for a book and binder for school. Any ideas? I've looked at Oakley but they dint have enough details concerning their bags.
