Does anyone know about Storm models policy?

On the plus side, they haven't tried to fleece you out of hundreds of pounds for a portfolio. I presume that you have been in contact with the real Storm Agency which is a reputable one. It may well be that they have someone who has similar qualities to you on their books and aren't looking for anyone else, but have seen from your photo that you have potential modelling qualities. There is no harm in contacting other reputable agencies to see whether they will take you on.
