Do i confront him about him lying or not?

i do have feelings for this guy, i have been friends with him 2 years i now he has storng friendship feelings for me but dont now about anything else, i have leant him meoney which i am geting back slowly and he says i can make it legal if i want. but what i dont like is when he has a female friend over which gets his drunk and has his round her little finger yes i ama aware this might be the green eyed monstor but others can see this also. but he has started to lye to me and says he has nothing to do with this lass when i have been round a few times without him nowing her car is always there and when she is there i am not allowed to text and he blanks me i think the best thing is to cut of all ties but i vaule him as a friend and dont really want to lose him any advice please
