2007 Safriland vest protection rating?

I just bout a bullet resistant vest from safriland (Its slightly used) that was from the year 2007. Im not sure of the rating of it. It's protection level is for a 9mm at 1,400FPS. I was thinking it was an IIIA but on the newer vests it doesnt have that rating. Any ideas on what protection rating it is?
